Effective communication to deliver a precise and consistent stream of information and update to internal and external stakeholders. Wide knowledge of competitive gaming/esports on multiple gaming titles with good understanding of competitive gaming/esport programs regarding formats of competitions, rule sets, scheduling and player experience. Partnerships: Identify and take an active role in the pursuit of new clients, selling sponsorships or integrating partnership opportunities for products. Scheduling: Each step of the production and marketing process must be appropriately planned and overseen. Market Knowledge: Embed and maintain a knowledge of the community that participates within that product. Budgets: Responsible for creating and operating a fiscal year budget and ensuring that the product remains within that budget. Marketing Campaigns: Working with the marketing department to ensure campaigns are impactful and cost efficient, and oversee and monitor their execution. Reporting: Be responsible for creating, assessing and tracking KPIs of each product in collaboration with management and our clients. Project Management: Responsible for the creation and tracking of key milestone deliverables to ensure staff are completing objectives in a timely but efficient and humane way. Product Creation & Assessment: Create & assess the needs of the esports property at every stage of the process from conception to execution and post launch sustainability. Creations of qualitative and quantitative internal and external reports to track overall quality for the outcome of each project for partners and players.
